Balance Point Construction is a custom home contractor and luxury lifestyle concierge firm. With over 20 years of experience in Construction Management and Interior Architecture, Rhonda Woodruff founded Balance Point Construction with a focus on constructing and renovating stunning mountain homes, providing thoughtful design and service and building deep, long-lasting relationships with clients. 

We welcome a large range of complexity in projects and are knowledgeable and excel in new construction, large scale renovations, team management, performance based building, and one of a kind finishes. Our team thrives on efficiency, advanced building assemblies, international products, design integration, and implementation of best practices for all project phases.
