OPEN POSITIONS
EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Responsible to deliver a profitable project in accordance to financial standards.
-
Leads development of initial Project Plan, Estimate, Budget and scheduled Project Status Reviews.
-
Responsible for project procurement and contract buy-out.
-
Conduct weekly project team meeting meetings with owner, design team members, and construction team members.
-
Develop and adhere to project schedule and provide team with regular updates.
-
Manage client, design partners and subcontractor relationships throughout procurement, construction and post-construction processes.
-
Assists in development and implementation of quality assurance plans during the design and construction phases and seeks to align client expectations into this process
-
Manage the closeout process with the construction team and owners.
EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Construction Estimator projects and controls construction costs by collecting and studying information.
-
Prepare construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation.
-
Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
-
Understand contractual terms and conditions.
-
Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects and monitor progress.
-
Ensure site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to projects.
-
Maintain quality service for clients and manages their expectations.
-
Meet with potential clients to discuss options for proposed services.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Effective communication as directed with crew, subcontractors, architects/engineers, clients, building officials, company administration and all project participants.
-
Responsible for processing crew time sheets on a biweekly basis
-
Code all invoices to correct budget divisions for the billing process
-
Apply for permits through town officials, communicating with town officials and providing payment when necessary
-
Assist with sourcing materials and vendors, procurement of materials and assist with logistics of receiving necessary materials to jobsites.

Provide administrative support to PM/Superintendents
INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Develop design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
-
Meet with clients to program the project requirements.
-
Take accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
-
Create and present design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
-
Create project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
-
Assist with sourcing materials and vendors, procurement of materials and logistics of product deliveries and installation.
-
Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers.
-
Effectively communicate as directed with crew, subcontractors, architects/engineers, clients, building officials, company administration and all project participants.

FIELD PROJECT COORDINATOR
Roles & responsibilities:
This position will spend the majority of time in the field at job sites partnering with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure an efficient execution of project timelines.
Ideal candidate has previous experience in general construction, blueprint reading, and is proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Apps)
AR/AP ADMINISTRATOR
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Handle the day-to-day account payable and account receivable activities.
-
Ensure monthly AR/AP reconciliations are complete and accurate.
-
Perform daily processing of vendor/subcontractor/employee documents; including evaluation of authorization, investigation of past due balances, and accurate payment terms.
-
Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
-
Maintain payroll systems; collection, calculation, and data entry for a bi weekly payroll.
-
Responsible for key attributes including high level of attention to detail, ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive information, and a demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaboratively.

Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Roles & responsibilities:
-
Responsible for office administration, scheduling and coordination of construction projects according to specifications
-
Administrative tasks such as accurate filing (digital & paper) typing, answering telephone directing calls/taking messages, mail management, copying, faxing and scheduling / coordinating meetings.
-
Greeting office guests in a professional and personable manner, ensuring the welcome area is kept tidy and refreshments are replenished
-
Office supplies and inventory management - able to plan ahead and ensure that all supplies are accurately tracked and supply inventories are replenished
-
Telephone/internet systems management
-
Promotes professionalism and coordination between office and field teams, provides back up to team duties
-
Assist Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents with administrative support as needed
