International Mountain Modern,
Bachelor Gulch

An extensive interior renovation of this home added a touch of modern glam to this mountain retreat. Every effort was made to design and complete the project with the highest energy efficiency, sustainability, function, and aesthetics for our client.

Rural & Modern,
Red Cliff

Recent completion of this modern new construction designed by Ken Bridges of Blueline Architecture.

A very steep and narrow site mixed with a small mountain town environment made this project fun, challenging and just right for our team.

Interiors were designed to be clean and highly functional for the family to enjoy for years to come.

Casa Vail, Iconic Architecture & Modern Luxury,

Original architecture by one of Vail's iconic architects, Jack Snow of RKD Architects, has been this family's mountain treasure for over two decades.

Utilizing an international team, Casa Vail underwent a complete interior transformation of its aesthetic style but maintained the original architectural details that made this home loved.

BPC recently completed a 2nd phase at Casa Vail with a complete exterior renovation that included the addition of large outdoor entertainment space, hot tub, waterfall and decks.

BMR, Primitive American Meets Modern Industrial,
East Vail

Designed and built by BPC, this East Vail classic home had major space dysfunction for the needs of the owner. We completely striped the house and cohesively blended the owner's love of American primitive antiques and desire for modern design.

We successfully corrected the functionality of the home and incorporated the heirloom pieces with industrial elements, modern patterns and colors, and bold contrasting elements highlighting the existing architecture.

Revamp & Luxury Embellishments,

This beautifully appointed home is set in an idyllic location in Cordillera. The owners wanted to increase the aesthetic appeal and feel of the home to more accurately represent their personality and interest.

One of the finest additions is the beautifully appointed hand-crafted wine cellar to house the owner's phenomenal collection.

Contemporary Elegance,
Beaver Creek

Working with industry partners in the Vail valley, we implemented a 2-phase remodel of the interior of this prestigious Beaver Creek location.

Mountain Sol Retreat,
East Vail

Balance Point Construction was hired to design-build a multi-generation family home in East Vail. Through our strategic partnership with award-winning RKD Architects, BPC is working closely to design and build this beautiful contemporary home in East Vail.

The home will boast 8 suites, bright and bold entertaining spaces, European kitchen, pool and large outdoor entertaining space, and a 2-bedroom staff apartment.

Luxurious Fairway Retreat,

An extensive and complex renovation of the landscaping and outdoor living space underneath the existing home required extensive excavation, steel beams for shoring and elaborate coordination to complete this project. New features included a custom edge infinity pool, custom three-tiered steel water feature, two fire pits, a boulder retaining wall, stone landscape steps and lighting integrated into the home’s existing automation system.

Secluded Outdoor Sanctuary,

An extensive exterior renovation of this multi-generational home in Vail included new landscaping, the addition of a hot tub, fire pit, water feature, outdoor accessed bathroom and a new lighting control system.

Classic Ski Chalet,

A multi-phased interior renovation of this family ski home included a 700 sf addition, which included the kids "treehouse" room. Additional updates to the home included a remodeled kitchen, an extensive mudroom with boot dryers, new finishes for the master bedroom and bathroom, new tile entryway and front door, a custom-painted elevator, full window replacements, a complete mechanical renovation and new interior finishes.

English Infused Mountain Contemporary

With a large open floor plan, this home needed help maximizing the space to accommodate a multi-generational family. By designing and dividing the space to accommodate for game nights, dinners and a cozy conversational seating area around a dramatic floating fireplace, the room became more functional for all their guests. The bar and billiards room was transformed into an English pub feel with a leather wrapped bar and wood wainscot walls. Traditional plaid mixed with modern patterns, bold colors and luxurious leathers paired with custom furniture pieces such as a geometric glass topped dining table created a warm environment in a snowy mountain town.
